Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Since each piece is handmade and packed with care, we take the extra time needed to ensure safe delivery.

3. Packaging & Handling
All ceramic pieces are carefully wrapped and protected using multiple layers of cushioning to prevent damage in transit.
We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
4. Order Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number and delivery details.
5. Shipping Time
We ship throughout the United States using UPS from our shop in Seattle, Washington. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout, where you can choose from several UPS services ranging from economy to expedited delivery.
Estimated delivery times for standard shipping after your order has been shipped:
West Coast: ~1–3 business days
Midwest: ~2–4 business days
East Coast: ~3–5 business days
Faster shipping options are available at checkout for customers who need their orders sooner.
Please note that delivery times do not include order processing time and may vary due to carrier delays.
6. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
We will assist with a replacement or resolution based on availability.
