Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests within 48 hours of package delivery.

To start a return or exchange, please email support@chopchopseattleshop.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Returned items must be unused, in like-new condition, and in their original packaging. Once your return request has been approved, the item must arrive back at our shop within 14 days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Handmade Characteristics

All of our pieces are handmade ceramics, and each one is unique. Slight variations are a natural part of the handmade process and should be appreciated as part of the character of the piece.

The following are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for returns:

  • Minor variations in size, shape, or weight
  • Natural glaze marks, texture variations, or small pinholes
  • Slight color variations between pieces

 

Color Disclaimer

We do our best to represent product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor settings, screen displays, lighting conditions, and photography, the color of the item you receive may appear slightly different from what you see on your screen.


Damaged Items

We carefully pack every order using eco-friendly and reinforced packaging materials to help prevent damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Your order number

We will review the situation and assist you with a replacement or refund when possible.

Please keep the original packaging, as it may be required when filing a damage claim with the shipping carrier.


Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return has been accepted, you may place a new order separately.
